Biography
I have been working in real estate in California for over 20 years. I specialize in short sales, investments, property management, and residential real estate. I spent 5 years in Texas working on investment flips, property management, new construction and development and still hold an active license there managing 30+ units. I conduct my business with integrity and professionalism and will strive to get my clients the best in any real estate market. I enjoy spending my free time with my two sons and working out at the local gym. As a third generation Realtor, born and raised in Simi Valley, I am a natural when it comes to negotiating for my clients.
